David DiCola is an Associate Broker for the Commercial Real Estate Services of PRC Commercial.
Since 1970, he has been active full time in the sales, sales management and marketing of real estate. In his first 10 years, he was involved in the new home construction industry in sales and sales management. During that period, he established himself as a top producer of new home sales with volumes reaching in excess of $5 million per year.
In the early 1980’s, David launched a new commercial real estate firm with particular emphasis on investment real estate sales. He consistently worked on multi-million dollar transactions and was subsequently recruited by a well established commercial real estate and insurance firm where he spent the next 24 years and was involved in all aspects of commercial real estate including sales, leasing, tenant representation and property management.
David joined PRC COMMERCIAL early in 2010 and continues to be involved in all facets of the commercial real estate business.
