As a Brokerage Associate, David works along with Russ Williamson and the Midwest Colliers Manufactured Housing and RV Group, which specializes in the acquisition and dispositions of Manufactured Housing and Recreational Vehicle assignments across the U.S. This includes strategic positioning of investment offerings, coordination of the financial and underwriting processes, and interaction with key decision makers within industry REITs, large institutional investment firms, family offices and owner operators.
The Midwest Colliers Manufactured Housing and RV Group focuses exclusively on Manufactured Housing Communities, RV Resorts and Campgrounds across the United States. They offer a diverse collection of relevant industry experience including community ownership and management, acquisitions, disposition, debt and equity finance, property marketing and market research. They have developed significant influence within the local, regional and national investment communities as trusted advisers for a wide range of clients. The group delivers superior results for their clients by leveraging extensive property marketing resources and real-time market knowledge and research.
David is a recent graduate from The Ohio State University, where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance. Prior to joining Colliers, David spent over two years in residential and commercial property management, and also held a multifamily LIHTC development intern position. During his time on the operations and development side of real estate, David gained experience in leasing, drafting tax credit applications, development research and communicating with contractors and tenants.
