David Dawkins is the founder and managing broker for Seven Bridges Realty Group. David has more than 5 years of experience in investment real estate specializing in value add properties including management, operations and renovations. Prior to real estate, David completed his Masters in Business Administration from the University of North Florida while spending 10 years in corporate finance and sales.
As a multifamily specialist, he exclusively represents owners, sellers and buyers throughout northeast Florida. From the initial planning and acquisition of your investment to the sale or 1031 exchange, his goal is to be on your team as your advisor and guide every step of the way helping you create and preserve wealth while avoiding unnecessary risks.
Outside of Real Estate David enjoys playing golf, getting outdoors, and spending time with his wife Danielle and their two kids Hannah and Levi.
