In 1989, David M. Covarrubias began working for Alert Management Company, learning all the aspects of the real estate industry with Chuck as his mentor. Like his father, David continues to be active in the community and sees the importance of giving back. His focus remains on the property owners and tenants who come to him needing property management or a wonderful place to live.
By meeting the goals of both groups, and really listening to what they want and need, David has continued Chuck’s spirit of service to the community and the industry which has been so important to him for a very long time.
