David and his team have built a proven multi-state Corporate Client tenant representation platform, with an established network of Colliers Partners in key submarkets, which provides turn-key tenant representation services, including site acquisition/disposition, needs assessment, location analytics, strategic planning & transaction/portfolio management services with an emphasis on providing e-commerce driven logistics, manufacturing & distribution facility solutions.
David joined Colliers International in November 2002 after working at Trammell Crow Company for nearly five years doing corporate and institutional work in the Burlingame and San Jose offices.
