He has an impressive resume of over $ 550,000,000 in transactions involving over 14,000,000 s.f. of industrial product. David is well versed and seasoned in his ability to serve his clients with their real estate objectives including in depth market knowledge and analysis to obtaining highest price, structuring lease transactions, dealing with complex environmental issues, arranging available financing for clients and assisting Seller and Buyers in completing their IRS 1031-Tax Deferred Exchanges and Reverse Exchanges.
