David Box has specialized in investment sales, land assemblage and sales, and office leasing in the Tampa Bay area since 1984 with a primary focus on the downtown Tampa market. He provides advisory and representation services to corporations and clients based on a constant study of supply, demand and an ability to identify market trends.
