Dave Bowles was born and raised in Genesee County. He has been in the real estate industry for three years and has owned investment properties since 2020. His diverse background, paired with his investor mindset, brings a unique perspective when working with his clients!
Dave joined the United States Navy in 2003 as an aviation electronic technician, shortly after graduating from Lapeer West High School. Working on the flight deck off the coast of Japan taught Dave how to not only operate but thrive under pressure. His leadership and communication skills gained during his service always help him get the job done.
Dave graduated from ITT Tech with a degree in electrical engineering in 2010 and was quickly recruited into the oilfield industry. After working in Oklahoma City for three years, Dave and his family moved back home to Michigan. From 2013 to 2020, Dave has held multiple positions within a national IT organization, and field service positions for a major medical manufacturer in the cancer industry. This diverse background has supplied Dave with an amazing amount of knowledge that he can bring to bear when working with clients.
Dave Bowles is married to his wife Stefanie and has two amazing boys, Logan and Tyler. He spends his free time with family and loves the outdoors. Fishing and hunting are his all-time favorite activities, with video games always finding time to be played! Family always comes first!
Dave entered the real estate space in 2019 as an investor, with a goal of financial freedom. For two years while working as an engineer, Dave educated himself and purchased investment properties. Dave found real estate so amazing, that he decided to leave his job in 2020 to pursue a full-time real estate career! Building his real estate business is just the next chapter in his amazing journey!
