David has been active in the Commercial real estate market since 1991. Participating in over 3,000 transactions to date his extensive knowledge and experience is called on by Developers and Investors across Ontario. As owner of lands and investment Properties himself, and principal of a Property Management Company, David is able to assist his clients in making financial decisions and analyzing investments during their due diligence period. David also personally helps our clients arrange the necessary financing for each project, thus ensuring the transaction gets completed. With knowledge and experience in the rezoning and site plan application process, David is able to guide his clients through various government bodies.
