Prior to David Barrueta Associates, David was a Managing Director at Savills Studley and a Vice President at Cushman & Wakefield. He started in the commercial real estate industry in 1993 as an associate at his father’s brokerage firm in Washington, DC, Barrueta & Associates. His father, J. Fernando Barrueta, was an early tenant representation pioneer at Julien J. Studley in 1971.
