Bio
David Barnes is a third generation Realtor of the Greater Indianapolis Area. Growing up around his Real Estate family he had a natural aptitude for the profession. He has now been in the business for over 13 years and has won multiple Presidents Club Awards. He has helped countless number of families sell or buy their homes.
Growing up in Zionsville IN, David really got to know the surrounding areas from front to back (Zionsville, Carmel, Fishers, Brownsburg, Noblesville etc.) Now living in Meridian Kessler in Indianapolis for the past 19 years he has a knack for the Broad Ripple/Meridian Kessler/Butler/Downtown areas of Indianapolis.
He has now centered his business in all these areas, and it has proven successful.
After graduating from Indiana University, he quickly got into the Real Estate game on the Commercial side. He worked for two years selling/leasing office buildings, with CB/Richard Ellis and NAI Olympia Partners, but when the recession hit, and he was just in his early 20's, he had to take a break from the business and worked at the NCAA for a few years.
The calling to Real Estate was too strong though and he returned to Real Estate with FC Tucker in 2013 selling homes. He found that his commercial experience gave him an edge in residential Real Estate and that he loved working in residential much more than commercial. His true happiness comes from helping, educating, and guiding families through the whole Real Estate process from beginning to end.
David's compassion and devotion to his business and clients have resulted in a continuously expanding network of loyal clients and referrals.
