Bard Commercial Properties, Inc. was formed in 1998 by David J. Bard, President and Licensed Broker of Bard Commercial Properties, Inc. David studied business administration at Florida State University and the University of Alabama in Birmingham and has over 35 years experience in the commercial real estate industry. His expertise runs the gamut from industrial, retail, office, restaurants and shopping center developments, to name a few. David has expertise in site work, land acquisitions, development and investing. He has handled transactions with such national tenants as Publix Supermarkets, Wendy’s International, Inc., Schlotzsky’s Deli’s, Churches Chicken, DR Horton Mortgage, PrimeLending and Liberty Mutual Insurance as well as numerous franchise groups and local companies.
