Bio
David graduated from Roosevelt University and began working in skilled nursing facilities as an assistant administrator. His duties included ensuring compliance with State and Federal regulations and also interfacing with residents, staff and family members.
He then went on to work in logistics and warehousing. He brokered freight shipments and managed a warehouse for a small trucking company based in Chicago. He was then promoted into carrier sales, which involved negotiating rates and arranging trucks to transport freight loads to specified customers.
David is excited about joining Royal Commercial Real Estate LLC and looks forward to helping clients with all of their CRE needs.
