David D Adams, Jr. is a full-time real estate advisor with over 29 years experience as an investor, property manager, and a licensed agent. David has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Finance from Northeastern University and an Associate Degree from Wentworth Institute of Technology in Construction Management. He utilizes this training to educate his clients on best practices and he thoroughly analyzes their options. David worked for the U.S Department of Housing and Urban Development reviewing applications submitted under HUD’s Multifamily Housing Program, as an underwriter for their FHA 203K/203B Mortgage Loan rehab program. He was also a Housing Consultant with Neighborhood Assistance Corporation of America (NACA) where he prepared low-income Household for Home Ownership by helping repair credit issues, apply for a loan, and help prevent foreclosure. David has managed over 500 commercial and residential units and enjoys the opportunity to meet different people in the real estate industry. Real estate is truly his passion.
