Dave is a Chartered Building Surveyor with over 14 years’ experience working within the Project Management and Building Surveying sectors. Further to acquiring his BSc (Hons) from the University of Reading in 2005, he later worked towards chartered status with the RICS in 2007. Working more recently with Eddisons and GL Hearn, Dave has undertaken various roles as project manager, expert witness, contract administrator and employers' agent whilst heading up both companies Building Consultancy teams in Manchester. Specialising in multiple disciplines Dave covers the full range of building surveying services and is a member of the Pyramus and Thisbe Club who promote excellence in Party Wall matters.
