A real estate veteran with over 18 years of real estate experience in Idaho, Dave has been conducting commercial R.E. business for 14 years and plying the commercial trade exclusively for the past 10. Dave grew up on the beaches of San Diego California; and, after college he eventually moved to Denver, Colorado, where he was part owner of a chain of art galleries. Following his return to San Diego to complete law school in the late ‘80s, he moved to Idaho in 1991. Once in Idaho he launched into a real estate career in Boise and eventually became a Top Producer in the area. He also spent over 14 years in leadership with the Ada County Association of Realtors (ACAR), the Intermountain MLS and the Idaho Association of Realtors (IAR), where he served several terms on the Board of Directors of each. In 1993 he formed the New Technology Committee for ACAR and served on numerous other committees over the years. Over his career Dave has handled numerous types of commercial transactions, including the following examples: · The sale and purchase of several Neighborhood Shopping Centers in the Treasure Valley. · Selling or Listing Agent for the sale or purchase of dozens of commercial office complexes, including the sale and lease of the 17,000 SF Keller Williams building. He sold numerous other large office buildings in the Treasure Valley and elsewhere in Idaho, including a multi-million dollar surgical facility in Pocatello. · Assisted in site locations and/or space acquisitions for numerous retail clients, including, to name a few: Denny’s, Kentucky Fried Chicken, Cricket, Sprint, Pacific Source Health Plan and many others. · Sold multiple owner-occupied, build-to-suit buildings. · Represented clients in Lease transactions. o Retail: Tenant and Landlord Representation, including several single Tenant NNN properties. o Office: Numerous Tenant or Landlord Representations. o Industrial: Numerous Tenant or Landlord Representation · Sold several Multi-family apartment complexes to investors. Dave is an expert at Leasing all types of commercial property, in Tenant site location, as well as in the sale and acquisition of office buildings, both for Owner/Users and investors.
