Working in Commercial Real Estate Since 2004. Commercial Brokerage and Consulting Active member CCIM, Ankeny Chamber of Commerce, ICREA, CCIM Partner. Past President of Iowa CCIM Chapter, Past Ankeny Chamber Board Member. Member of Corvette Club of Iowa. Personally enjoy doing time trials on Major road courses. Enjoy biking on area bike trails. SCUBA diving and snorkeling when it works out (Caribbean somewhere). Summer boating on nearby Saylorville Lake. Our business focus is pretty much in and around Ankeny area working in most property types except apartments or residential. Active with Iowa CCIM Chapter, Designation Promotion Committee Commercial Real Estate Business since 1989. Served in US Army in early 60's after Graduation from Drake University Des Moines, Iowa.
