Dave Nedley has been licensed as an Agent of Real Estate since 2002. In the past, he had been affiliated with Prudential Preferred Realty, #1 Choice Real Estate, Broker-1 Realty and most recently, Integrity Plus Realty. As an individual Agent, Dave has assisted clients in selling over 600 properties within the past 16 years.
In 2018, Dave merged his Team with The Adam Slivka Team, also from Integrity Plus Realty. This structure gives Dave the opportunity to dedicate more time for meeting with clients, negotiating Agreements and inspection reports while passing on the critical care of the paperwork to specific Team members.
Dave continues to serve all aspects of real estate including First Time Buyers, downsizing, relocation, foreclosures and Investors. Dave also prides himself with knowledge of ASL (American Sign Language) and has been the agent of choice for many deaf/hard of hearing clients.
Dave has extensive involvement with ProPapa Missions of America, through which he's traveled to Honduras helping in many different ways. In most recent years, he has helped to build homes, paint the medical clinic and conduct educational talks at schools. In 2005, Dave decided that for every home that he sold, he would sponsor a child in the village of Urraco, Honduras, to attend school in the name of his clients. In thirteen years, 531 students have been offered this opportunity thanks to Dave and to his clients.
Dave and his wife, Mary, currently reside on a small farm outside of North Huntington with their goats, chickens and dogs. They have three children and six grandchildren.
