David Long, a First Vice President in the Southfield Michigan office, joined CBRE in 2001. Dave’s thirty-plus years experience in the retail industry has enabled him to service a wide variety of clients. He delivers customized solutions for all of his client’s real estate needs and provides the highest level of service with speed and creativity.
His client assignments have included multiple market roll out strategies and execution throughout the U.S. His acute awareness and understanding of all service platforms provided by CBRE and extensive relationship within the company enable him to provide his clients with a complete spectrum of support. Over the course of his career, Dave has completed lease and sale transactions with total consideration in excess of $500 million.
