Dave Lamason is President of Construction for Mill Creek Residential’s Northeast and Southeast regions. Mr. Lamason, a founding partner, is responsible for pre-construction management and construction field operations. His background includes 30 years of diverse construction experience including directing pre-construction services for Lend Lease in the Carolinas.
Mr. Lamason started his career working for Turner Construction where he spent 15 years in the Northeast progressing from field assignments through purchasing and estimating. His strong background in commercial and residential at-risk construction and pre-construction management ensures that all plans and specifications are fully developed and optimized prior to construction start in addition to meeting safety, budget, quality and schedule goals in the field.
Mr. Lamason received a Bachelor of Science from the University of Delaware in Mechanical Engineering.
