Dave Kerscher is Senior Vice President of Miller Diversified Realty and a licensed broker with over 43 years of
experience in Commercial, Investment, and Industrial property Sales and Leasing. In addition, Dave has also been
active as a land and property developer. Prior to joining Miller Diversified, Dave was President of Ridgewater Real
Estate Company for 19 years. In addition to the hundreds of commercial, industrial, investment and office
transactions he has been involved in during his career, Dave has also been directly involved in the assemblage,
brokerage and/or sale of over 1,700 acres of land in the Lucas, Wood and Fulton County areas of Ohio.
Dave is a Licensed Ohio Broker with over 42 years of experience in the business of commercial, investment and industrial
property sales and leasing, as well as property development and repositioning of client’s assets and acquisitions.
