Dave Hanusa is a Senior Vice President specializing in the marketing and leasing of office buildings for both institutional and private owners. Over his career Mr. Hanusa has been responsible for the leasing of over 55 office properties, totaling over 11 million square feet; including such high profile class A properties as Wells Fargo Plaza (1.7 million SF) and Four Oaks Place (1.7 million SF). Mr. Hanusa has also been very successful in leasing properties to large users most recently the 2020 Dairy Ashford Building at Westheimer and Dairy Ashford - a tax service company leased the entire Building in 2009. With a strong financial background, Mr. Hanusa has continually demonstrated the ability to add value in structuring large complex deals with sophisticated clients.
With over 25 years of experience Mr. Hanusa approaches each project with a well formulated and successfully executed strategy resulting in leased projects, while increasing rental rates and the overall quality of the tenant mix on a portfolio that presented multiple challenges.
