s a licensed commercial real estate advisor with Tomlin Commercial, I love working with business owners, executives, and investors buy, sell, and lease real estate. What drives me is making the lives of those around me better. To me, being a purpose-driven and empathetic business owner and leader is the best way to do that. Throughout my career, I’ve not only built my own successful companies from the ground up, I’ve also worked with other business owners and executives to improve their businesses. I’ve been fortunate enough to have companies I own or am a partner in be named to “Best Of” and “Fastest Growing” lists but I’ve learned to be humble and stay focused from the best (my parents!) and learn from my successes and more importantly, when things didn’t necessarily go the way I wanted. Giving back to the communities my businesses serve to thank them for helping me accomplish my goals is extremely important to me. The ultimate reward was being recognized as Downtown Tampa’s Person Of The Year in 2019. I’m always on the look-out for new opportunities and consulting projects as it relates to restaurant and business operations to maximize profitability, as well as assist in crucial pathways to success such as site selection, staff training, menu development, and marketing.
