Dave Balow, Senior Vice President, joined SLIB in 2016. Since then he’s facilitated the confidential sale of transactions spanning across the full care spectrum (including Active Adult), all throughout the East Coast, with a primary focus on the Northeast. Dave lives in Wheaton with his wife and three daughters. He’s active within his church, and his community and enjoys exercise, training for marathons, and his beloved Green Bay Packers.
Education
Dave has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Communications from Calvin College, a Master’s of Divinity from Grand Rapids Theological Seminary, and a Master’s of Business Administration from Grand Valley State University.
