Mr. Allison joined NAI Southern Real Estate in 2005. He provides corporate and private; representation, advisory and transaction services to clients as well as being the director of communications and technology for NAI Southern Real Estate. In addition to providing commercial real estate services to clients, his expertise is relied upon for all aspects of marketing the company and the services provided; in securing client assignments, enhancing owner, tenant and buyer representation and providing research and analysis throughout the Charlotte area as well as managing key areas of the business. He has an active leadership and management role in determining the best ways to showcase the company, market the real estate represented, promote and prospect business for the firm and clients as well as sales and management. He also has 22+ years experience in GIS (Geographic Information Systems) where he researches, develops and utilizes GIS, supplying clients with valuable analytical tools. Mr. Allison is a native of Charlotte and has 26+ years experience combined in Real Estate, GIS (Geographic Information Systems), design, technology and the supply chain / logistics business. Prior to joining NAI Southern Real Estate he had extensive experience in the GIS and Cartography business involving areas in: GIS Analysis, Instruction, Consulting, Sales, Business Management, Business Development, Product Development and Operations. He was a previous ESRI business partner, attended ESRI conferences, seminars and workshops regionally and nationally.  He also had several years experience in the warehousing, supply chain / logistics business as an account manager on 25+ accounts with small to large industrial suppliers and manufacturers throughout the southeast region. He has also owned small businesses, providing services in marketing, design and IT. The services provided were; marketing, advertising, design, web development, photography, print and digital media services. He provided technology services specializing in systems implementation, networking, backup systems, security, software and hardware integrations, and implementation of cloud based services.
