Bio
He was born and raised in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and joined the Marine Corps in 1985. After serving six years as well as 8 months in Desert Shield/Storm he returned to Milwaukee to attend classes at Milwaukee Area Technical College to study Hotel/Motel Management.
He relocated to Southwest Florida in 1994 and began working as a chef and Housekeeping Manager at Tween Waters Inn on Captiva Island, and in 1996 (The Same year that the Packers won the Super Bowl) as Housekeeping Manager at Sundial Beach Resort on Sanibel Island. It is there that he caught the Real Estate bug.
He earned his Real Estate License in 1996 and went to work selling new construction condominiums at Terraverde Country Club in Fort Myers. In two years he became the sales and leasing manager also earning his Community Association Managers license and managed the Terraverde Master Association as well as several of the Associations within Terraverde.
After working for several years listing and selling residential Real Estate, he started working for many commercial clients as well assisting buyers, sellers and in leasing as well. He is currently working on his CCIM designation for commercial Real Estate.
He combines his many years of experience in all aspects of Real Estate and still continues to refine his skills of negotiation and area knowledge.
