Major clients include The Howard Hughes Corporation, CFT NV Developments, Wells Fargo Bank, IWG – Regus, Yamagata Enterprises, Kingsbarn Realty Capital, Buchanan Street Partners and many more. Darren and his team transact an average of 126 leases annually. In the past decade, he has leased over 12 million square feet of office space valued at nearly $1 Billion.
