Darren Bovard joined the NewMark Merrill leasing team in May 2002 after earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at the University of Colorado. Mr. Bovard is responsible for leasing and lead generation for NewMark Merrill’s Southern California properties. Mr. Bovard has successfully completed transactions with multiple national credit tenants and has been integral in the lease up and coordination of NewMark Merrill’s ground-up development projects.
