Daron Sturgill began his career in commercial real estate in 1991 working as a development analyst for Koll Development Company. After working on several new office and industrial projects in the Northwest, he was promoted to property and asset management. After Koll sold all of their assets in the Northwest, Daron began working for Quality Food Centers (QFC) as real estate manager and then with Starbucks Coffee Company performing site acquisition and new store leasing. After six years with Starbucks Store Development division, Daron began a career in commercial brokerage in the year 2000 specializing in retail, office, and industrial leasing and sales. Daron has completed a countless number of lease and purchase transactions throughout the Northwest. Daron’s diverse knowledge base of commercial real estate is a strong asset to his client’s needs.
Daron has a B.A from Washington State University and completed the Real Estate Certificate program from the University of Washington. A Bellevue native, he lives in Bellevue with his wife and 5 children. He is involved in youth sports and is an avid skier and windsurfer.
