Since moving to Nashville in 1998 Darla represented Cresent Resources in leasing over 230,000 SF of office space. She has been involved in representing tenants in over 200,000 SF of lease transactions. Ms. Hamby currently represents over 230,000 square feet of Class A office space in the Nashville MSA with an asset value of over $200 million. Prior to these affiliations in Nashville, Darla was active in the industry in Tampa, Florida.
