In his role, Darion Nunn works with the Nashville Institutional Property Advisors (IPA) team, led by Joe Massa and Anthony Lunceford. He specializes in medical office & industrial properties. Prior to joining M&M in 2023, he spent five years in Middle Market banking as a credit-senior financial analyst and two years in Commercial Banking as a CRE Relationship Manager in Bakersfield, CA, where he facilitated and proposed credit structures to individuals and entities financing real estate purchases and business acquisitions. Darion obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from Wright State University where he also pitched for the Raiders Division 1 baseball team. Outside of work, Darion enjoys spending time with his growing family, anything sports related (especially golf), traveling abroad and finding delicious hole-in-the-wall restaurants.
