Darin Bosch is responsible for overseeing all strategic planning, business development, recruiting, transaction services, occupier and investor initiatives for San Francisco and CBRE’s East Bay offices. Additionally, Mr. Bosch leads one of the Bay Area’s most prominent occupier focused brokerage teams. His practice specialty includes complex deal structuring, occupancy cost reduction strategies, multi-market transaction services, scenario planning, advanced leasehold impact analysis, municipal incentive negotiations and headquarter strategies.
Darin is a recognized leader in the industry and works exclusively with a multi-disciplined team of experts in the field of corporate finance, accounting, labor analytics, real estate law, construction, investment banking, capital markets, and scales the resources of the firm for each client engagement. Darin has creatively structured numerous transactions to accomplish a variety of goals on behalf of his clients. His ability to understand the financial, operational and strategic implications of a transaction enables him to develop and leverage the most effective negotiating strategies.
Darin is a founding member of the Bay Area Tenant Advisory Practice. Additionally, he serves on CBRE’s Northern California Executive Committee. He is also one of fifteen Executive Committee members of the firm’s Global Law Firm practice group, he has a deep knowledge and understanding of the legal industry, evolving trends and the unique requirements of the leading firms.
