Darcy J.C. Ulmer joined the Churchill team in January 2016 as Vice President. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing investor relations, business development and is involved in all aspects of leasing and asset management of Churchill’s portfolio of commercial real estate across Canada, including due diligence related to acquisitions, financing and dispositions.
Mr. Ulmer has over 17 years of experience in corporate communications, marketing and investor relations and over 8 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. Prior to joining Churchill, he was part of the Executive Team at a prominent Vancouver-based real estate investment firm from 2010 to 2015. From 2002 to 2008, Mr. Ulmer worked at Ipsos Reid – Canada’s largest market research company – as Manager, Corporate Communications & Marketing.
Mr. Ulmer is a graduate of Ryerson University and has completed the Canadian Securities Course.
Mr. Ulmer served on the board of BC New Hope Recovery Society as a Director and Officer (Secretary) for two years from 2016 to 2018 and was actively involved in this non-profit community project for 10 years. Mr. Ulmer resides in Squamish, British Columbia with his wife and four children.
