Darby Bryan Craddock has participated in over 15 million dollars of commercial transactions. Darby was a Circle of Distinction award winner in 2012 while with Coldwell Banker Commercial. In 2015, 2016 Darby received the CFCAR Hallmark Awards Top Producer for Polk County. Darby also served as a Board Member for Central Florida Commercial Association of Realtors. She is currently a member of Florida Gulfcoast Commercial Association of Realtors. Prior to joining Smith and Associates, Darby owned her own commercial real estate company in Polk County,Florida: CFO Real Estate Services, LLC. She has specialized in commercial building sales and leases, national tenant leases, warehouse sales and leases, and land sales.
One of Darby’s unique assets is a working perspective of the community and market founded on four generations of real estate knowledge in the Tampa area. “I am a fourth generation Floridian and my entire family for generations has been active in real estate and development. Growing up in this business makes it a natural for me,” states Craddock. Her favorite quote is, “never ever ever give up.’’
Prior to entering the commercial real estate business Darby owned and managed a successful mortgage business in Tampa. Darby has been a realtor for over two decades and has a strong understanding of both the real estate market and the complex financial elements that go into successful transactions. Craddock has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science from Agnes Scott College in Decatur, Ga. She is a CCIM candidate and is a licensed Florida Real Estate Broker. Darby lives in Tampa with her husband Hood.
Darby has held leadership roles in her church, political organization, nonprofit boards and local schools. She is an avid reader, watersports enthusiast, enjoys shooting sporting clays and visiting her grown children.
Darby is an avid reader, water sports enthusiast, enjoys skeet shooting and bird hunting. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science from Agnes Scott College in Decatur, GA.
