Mr. Angelucci brings more than 25 years of experience in life science, multifamily, mixed-use, office and industrial real estate development to Lincoln. Throughout his career, he has managed feasibility analysis, site acquisition, permitting, financing, construction, leasing, and property disposition on more than $7 billion worth of highly complex real estate projects.

In his role as Senior Vice President of Development and Construction, Mr. Angelucci will contribute to Lincoln’s current development projects in the Greater Boston area, which include:
Seaport Circle (Parcel H), 650,000 square feet of Class A lab and office space in Boston’s Seaport district;
Catalyst at Burlington Mall Road, a 107,000 square foot GMP/R&D facility in Burlington;
7 Channel (Parcel U), 225,000 square feet of Class A lab and office in Boston’s Seaport district;
315 Green Street, a 176,800 square foot state-of-the-art logistics and distribution facility in Wrentham.
He has managed the permitting and development of a wide range of property types including, Mixed-use, Office, Multi-family residential, Mission Critical, Hospitality and Assisted Living. He has worked with a range of Corporate and Institutional partners such as Liberty Mutual, Forrester Research, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Partners Healthcare and Fidelity Investments.
Dante has worked at Leggat McCall Properties, LLC as a Senior Vice President/Partner and member of the Acquisitions Committee. Prior to Leggat, he worked at Meredith & Grew , Inc. as a Senior Vice President, Cathartes Investments as a Senior Project Manager, and at Fidelity Investments as a Real Estate Manager. Earlier in Dante’s career, he held the positions of Assistant District Attorney in Middlesex and Norfolk Counties.
Mr. Angelucci received a Bachelors degree from Northeastern University and a Juris Doctorate from Massachusetts School of Law, is a member of the Massachusetts bar, a licensed Massachusetts Real Estate Broker and is also a Leed® AP.
