Danny Price is an ambitious and dedicated commercial real estate professional who was able to contribute to over $10 million dollars worth of transactions within his first year of joining the sales team. With an extensive background in PMZ's partner company, Liberty Property Management, Mr. Price holds a unique outlook on buying and selling assets as well as identifying strategies to maximize returns. Danny's unmatchable work ethic, unbreakable integrity, and market expertise are prized attributes admired greatly by his clientele.
Danny is a Ripon native and places high value on community involvement. As an active member of the Ripon Quarterback Club, a nonprofit that raises money for youth sports, Danny assists with various events to provide an optimal future for the young people in our community. Mr. Price also acts as a Cabinet Member for the Center for Human Services to raise funds for local children in need.
Danny holds a Bachelors of Arts in Economics and Business from Westmont College in Santa Barbara, California. While attending Westmont, Mr. Price was granted an athletic scholarship for his exceptional performance on the baseball field. Sports have always been a passion of Danny's and they have equipped him with the proper morals and belief system that passion will lead to success in the field of commercial real estate.
In October of 2014, Danny was lucky enough to marry his beautiful wife, Hilary Price. The happy couple now reside in Modesto and are expecting their first child.
