Danny Nix, Jr. is a commercial Realtor, with a passion for customer service from start to finish. With over 19 years of corporate sales and business management experience, his background exhibits strength in knowledge of business, from finance to negotiation. His customers can expect professional, progressive, and effective results in each interaction with him and his team due to his desire to achieve a successful outcome for every person with whom he interacts. Danny’s strong work ethic, sincere dedication, focus on the customer’s needs, and ability to create and foster life-long relationships have given him a tremendous network of business opportunities and connections through which he serves his customers.
By being involved in the community, he has an extensive reach of connections through which to connect buyers, sellers, tenants, and landlords. He is a Board member of the Punta Gorda Chamber of Commerce, Crossroad Hope Academy, the Economic Development Partnership (EDP) of Charlotte County, and a Board of Trustee Member with Florida Southwestern State College. Additionally, Danny is a member of the Charlotte County Chamber of Commerce, a graduate of the 2016 Leadership Charlotte class, the Peace River/Harbor Heights Rotary Club, and has his CCIM designation. Danny has a Bachelor of Science in Marketing Management and is a proud husband to Carla Nix, and father to his daughters, Kaydee, and Riley. In his free time, you can find Danny volunteering in the community. He also loves anything sports-related, especially SEC and Georgia Football, fishing on Charlotte Harbor, or riding motorcycles with his friends from Deep Creek Community Church.
