Danny Lee re-joined Sperry Van Ness Phoenix Office in October, 2009 as Vice President, bringing with him an extensive knowledge base of the multifamily market. Prior to rejoining Sperry Van Ness, Danny has spent the last several years as an equity partner that helped form Axxiom Partners, LLC.
Danny Lee initially joined Sperry Van Ness in October, 2001. Prior to moving to Sperry Van Ness, Danny worked at Cravath Commercial, an apartment brokerage firm, for three years. In 2004, Danny surpassed the benchmark necessary to be awarded the Achiever?s Award at Sperry Van Ness, amassing over $50,000,000 in total sales. In 2005, Danny exceeded $85,000,000 in total sales. His achievements in 2005 put him among the top agents nationally within the company and garnered him Partner’s Circle at Sperry Van Ness, the highest possible honor the company designates.
In March of 2010, Danny formed a partnership with three other Sperry Van Ness agents to acquire Sperry Van Ness franchise.
Danny has lived in Arizona since 1984 and received a Bachelors degree in Real Estate from the prestigious Real Estate Program at Arizona State University, a unique, privately funded program developed specifically to meet the needs of the real estate industry.
Danny is fluent in both Cantonese and Mandarin Chinese, and offers a diverse background that assists in many real estate transactions.
