Dann is actively involved with investment sales of all types in the Greater Portland Metro market, as well as single tenant, net leased properties throughout the country. He is intimately familiar with the financial analysis and risk assessment components that are inherent in any investment decision. He is adept at creative problem solving and finding ways to get challenging deals done. He prides himself on thorough research to assist his clients in making informed decisions, both as buyers and sellers.
Dann represents both landlords and tenants in retail, office, and industrial leases, successfully negotiating new lease transactions as small as 1,000 SF and as large as 120,000 SF. A critical part of these negotiations is understanding local market customs that pertain to landlord concessions, rental rates, and other terms of the deal. Creative problem solving and finding ways to get challenging deals done is again a strength.
