Bio
Daniel graduated from Edgewood College with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and a focus on local and regional real estate markets. He entered the banking industry as a Commercial Credit Analyst at Security Financial Bank, a $850 million bank headquartered in Eau Claire, WI. He developed a deep understanding of real estate finance through underwriting a $75 million commercial loan portfolio, consisting heavily of commercial real estate developments and rental investment properties. In 2023 and 2024, Daniel underwrote (6) multi-million-dollar real estate development deals in Northwest Wisconsin. Daniel prepared loan presentations that included detailed financial analysis of businesses and individuals, risk assessment/mitigation, and government compliance measures to help loan committees make informed lending decisions.
In August 2024, Daniel earned his Real Estate Salesperson license and transitioned into a career as a Commercial Real Estate Sales Associate at Madison Commercial Real Estate. Daniel specializes in retail leasing and sales. He is passionate about fostering long-term client relationships and is dedicated to finding creative approaches to client’s specific needs. He provides his clients with a bank’s-eye view of their financial position to help businesses reach and exceed their financial goals while finding the ideal space to do so.
