Bio
Daniel’s career in real estate began as a young attorney, where he quickly earned a reputation among both colleagues and clients as a gifted negotiator and advocate with exceptional integrity. In 2004, Daniel sold his Oakland law firm to establish his own real estate brokerage.
Buyers and sellers choose Stea Realty Group because Daniel identifies hidden opportunities to give clients a strategic advantage, detects potential obstacles and steers safely around them, and is adept and relaxed at high-stakes negotiations when their hard-earned money is on the line. Why entrust your most valuable asset to just an Agent when you can have an experienced real estate Broker / Attorney advocate on your behalf with confidence and expertise at no extra cost?
We’ve had the privilege of working with many distinguished clients including professional athletes, filmmakers, and high-tech executives. We are not the typical sales people who talk big and deliver small. We have the client testimonials and market stats to back it up. Daniel is consistently ranked in the top 1% of Brokers in the East Bay with over $800,000,000 in sales to date.
Daniel is routinely sought out for his counsel and advice by his peers at other brokerages, and widely respected in the local real estate community as a mentor to many, and a friend to all. See for yourself - we would love the opportunity to welcome you to our ever-expanding list of loyal clients who are passionate about the services we provide!
Prior Law Practice:
Daniel previously co-founded an East Bay law firm which was dedicated to the defense and prosecution of real estate agents, brokers, and investors. As a trial lawyer in both State and Federal court, he tried or co-chaired numerous cases in Los Angeles, San Francisco, and the East Bay with liability levels up to $5,000,000. He also argued a number of cases in the State and Federal appellate courts which resulted in notable judicial opinions, including Olam vs. Congress Mortgage, 68 F.Supp.2d 1110 (N.D. Cal. 1999).
