Dan provides his clients over twenty-five years of experience in leasing, acquiring or selling investment grade real estate and preparing businesses (and their real estate) for marketing and sale. Dan works directly with our clients to gain a thorough understanding of their long term investment needs or exit objectives and designs a strategy to meet those objectives.
