Bio
Daniel Segreto started his career in industrial and flex properties in 2009. He now has branched out into retail, land, and office as well. Focusing on investment sales as well as representing landlords for leasing assignments.
Prior to joining Capstone Daniel was with NAI Robert Lynn working with the property management division and working as a landlord broker leasing properties. Daniel also spent almost twelve years with Ford Motor Company at their parts distribution company, and has a great feel for logistics and distribution.
Professionally, Daniel is a member of the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors. He is very active in his community, serving as a member of the Planning and Zoning and Board of Adjustments for the City of Little Elm in 2017-2019.
As a proud volunteer of Habitat for Humanity in North Collin County, Daniel spends time giving back to the community. Born In Argentina and raised in North Texas gives him a great understanding of different cultures which is important in today’s marketplace. Daniel is fluent in both Spanish and English making sure nothing gets lost in translation.
