Daniel Seger joined Newmark in 2018 as a senior managing director in the company’s Seattle office. He started his career in 2003 with Pacific Real Estate Partners, which was subsequently acquired by JLL in 2011.
Mr. Seger has worked through virtually every facet of the real estate cycle, including land sales, ground-up development, major asset repositioning, multi-tenant leasing campaigns and building acquisitions and dispositions. Daniel’s product specialties cover office, flex and life science product.
He has represented clients in more than 600 leasing and sale transactions totaling over 5 million square feet, generating $1+ billion in total transaction value.
