Daniel joined SRS Real Estate Partners in 2014 and focuses on tenant representation, land brokerage, and leasing. Daniel’s tenant representation experience is comprised of regional and national rollouts with brands like American Eagle, Carter’s, OshKosh b’Gosh, Sleep Number, Express, and Ideal Image. He also represents some of the newest, best-in-class small experiential and fitness operators like Scissors & Scotch, Mayweather, Spenga, Candytopia, and Handel’s Homemade Ice Cream. Whether it is a brand with a large scale expansion or an operator moving from one store to another, Daniel leverages his relevant site intelligence that is crucial for his client’s success.
Daniel has robust experience representing his clients in the acquisition and disposition of high-profile properties including a hospitality group that has become a top performer in the state of Texas since it's opening. He’s also leveraged this expertise to assist his church and other church groups in a number dispositions and acquisitions in the DFW market.
Daniel graduated from Southern Methodist University with a major in economics, markets and culture, and a minor in psychology. He was a Hunter Leadership Scholar. While at SMU, Daniel founded the largest community service organization on campus, Mustang Heroes. Daniel serves faithfully with his church, Shoreline City. He has served as youth director and campus pastor. He was a finalist in D CEO's 2019 Commercial Real Estate Awards for Best Projects & Deals.
