Born and raised in Greater Vancouver, Daniel has worked in diverse fields throughout his career, including senior positions with Union Carbide Corporation, Westinghouse Electric, and President/ CEO for publicly traded resource companies. For over 30 years he has been an active Realtor in Greater Vancouver area and takes pride on having negotiated hundreds of contracts that have saved his clients millions of dollars. He believes he offers our clients a service that is hard to duplicate in our industry. The profession of a realtor includes so many facets that the public doesn’t t see every day, and he believes he’s part of a select group that understands those important extras that make such a difference to our client base. Having bought homes in Paradise Valley, Scottsdale and Phoenix Arizona he specializes in facilitating client purchases from Canada and Mainland China. His Arizona office is conveniently located in Scottsdale, and he works primarily with high-net-worth clients seeking luxury homes for themselves and portfolios of residential investment properties. He also has offices in Vancouver, BC, Canada and Beijing, China and actively markets the finest collections of properties available in the Greater Phoenix area. To assist foreign clients, he has substantial resources for financing both non-resident and newly immigrating clients and can also assist with tax advantaged holding companies and fully managed residential property portfolios. His contact base is very broad, and includes contacts throughout Canada, Western Europe, Hong Kong, and mainland China. Specific consulting services are available to non-American clients with Chinese speaking staff located in Beijing, China.
