Dan Hickey’s career has been built on the importance of market knowledge and client focus. More than a quarter century in the wealth management and private equity business honed his skills in due diligence and negotiating terms to close deals. He brought his financial advisory expertise with individual and corporate clients to the commercial real estate industry in 2016.
Covering The Bronx and Westchester County he has closed a wide range of marquee transactions in the multifamily, retail and specialty sectors. His general practice has covered sales and leases of virtually every asset class.
