Daniel Halberstein graduated in 1980 from the University of Miami with a Bachelor of Architecture degree. Mr. Halberstein has been practicing Architecture since 1984 when Halberstein/Hurtak & Assoc., Inc. was created. For the last 21 years Halberstein/Linkewer & Assoc., Inc. its current name together with AIda Construction Inc. have been involved in the design and construction of over 50 million dollars worth of real estate in the South Florida area. Since 1987 Mr. Halberstein has also been involved in the development of real estate, with TRIARCH DEVELOPMENT INC. and other affiliated companies. He is currently responsible for development of several commercial properties such as the Shops at Newberry a 14,000 square foot retail center anchored by David's Bridal in the Gainesville area. As President of Triarch Mr. Halberstein is involved in the daily management of over 1.3 million square feet of real estate assets, properties ranging from retail shopping centers, single use restaurants, office buildings and warehouse properties. Since 2001 Mr. Halberstein and his partners have acquired assets in the Florida, Georgia and North Carolina markets. The portfolio includes 8 Publix and one Super Wal-Mart anchored centers in the Orlando, Atlanta and Charlotte areas with over a 1,000,000 SF of retail space.
