Bio
Dan has always had a passion for real estate and as both a licensed realtor and licensed contractor he offers so much more to clients than they’re used to. He put himself through college working on houses and eventually went on to get his contractor license. After graduating from CSUSB with a business/finance degree he set ablaze the real estate world buying and selling houses where he truly learned what it takes to sell fast and for top dollar. He also learned buying strategies that are critical to finding the right home at the right price and negotiating with listing agents. In 2017, Dan was awarded a top producer award for ranking 4th out of over 200 agents.<br><br>Today Dan heads a team of employees and has a full-time assistant that keeps every file running smoothly. Dan is a family man that enjoys giving back to the community including coaching baseball, donating time to the elderly, and the Children’s Fund.
