Daniel joined HPI in 2008 and brings over 11 years property management experience to the HPI team. He is currently responsible for managing 1.5 million square feet of commercial industrial product throughout Austin. Daniel is responsible for the daily operations, financial reporting, variance explanations, preparation of budgets, year-end reconciliations, and small tenant finish construction projects. His primary goal is tenant retention and maximizing asset value for property owners. Daniel currently holds his Texas Real Estate License and is member of (IREM) Institute of Real Estate Management.
